I also had this bug once, I simply changed and reselected my preferred reward and since then it worked every time.

sorry about that all, i recently change the "none" option to be -1 instead of 5 (or 6 now with the new rep token). This might have glitch'ed some selected choices.

If reseting the profile ( deleting your SV) dosn't work, please install an error catching addon and open a ticket. Make sure you update to the most recent release. If you have the recent release, try the beta, those are usually good.
