You still aren't going to be able to calculate heals easily without the actual healer themselves doing it, unless you go to an average system based off healing done (Which I'm not going to do).

Sending the healers current target GUID won't help you. You have to send the specific GUID they casted on at the time of the heal which still means you are sending a comm message once per a heal. You can't rely on the combat log because that then means the healers message has to always come before the combat log, unless you're going to save all casts found in the combat log per person and then try to associate it once you get the GUID... and it becomes a whole mess.
