Can you guys provide any insight to the "TexCoord out of range" error? Is there something in common perhaps, that makes that error occur? The DrawLine() code has not changed at all for a year, and we're kinda totally stumped ourselves why the error occurs.

Went away after I deleted all my Routes in The Storm Peaks and recreated them.

WoW 3.1.0 introduced limits on the Texture:SetTexCoord(...) which were previously nonexistant. In 3.1.1 the limits are set at -10000 and 10000, I believe the limits set were different in 3.1.0 because of the diminished frequency of errors with Routes (I only had 3 so far, of which I finally managed to trap the last one).
I've just created a new beta which should finally get rid of the SetTexCoord errors. It still needs some refining but you can already try it if you please. |

It seems like everytime I update my routes or gatherer or gathermate I LOOSE all my routes. Can someone tell me where they are and how to get them back? I don't know how many times I have had to recreate them from scratch.

All addon saved data are stored in your WTF folder as plain text files. If you don't touch your WTF folders, no data should ever be lost. What goes into your Interface folder are just the addon code and graphic/sound files.

and I see no routes file in there. Can you tell me the name of the file(s) I am looking for that has all my routes? I never touch this folder but I have always had this problem every time I update my routes/gathermate/gatherer add on. Could it be overwritten by the addon? ------------------ Update: I just logged on and the using /routes command is still missing my routes listing, however... when I open the map there is a Open Cartographer button and that's where all my routes are. Before they were accessible via the /routes command. I don't understand what is going on here. But I am happy to just find them in game finally in the map. I think you need to look in the Saved Variables under <Account Name>. That's where mine are. Makes sense as you only have to draw a route once that way and all of the toons that have the gathering skill can access it.

WTF\Account\(Account Name)\SavedVariables\Routes.lua
is where your routes are stored. They are not character or server specific, any route created can be viewed on any character on any server on any faction, if the appropriate auto-show/hide settings are set (if auto-show/hide is on).

SillySith: Are you running in Vista or Windows 7? If so, is WoW installed to the Program Files folder instead of \Users\Public?
