Hey,

I released Bartender4 to the public today. Its not 100% finished yet, but the majority of the features work already.

Implemented Features

• Full ActionBar Replacement including ShapeShift Bar switches etc
• QuickSwap Keys (Hold down CTRL/ALT/SHIFT to switch bars to access more spells)
• Range Indicator
• Fully functional Pet, Stance, Bag and MicroMenu Bar
• ButtonFacade Support!
• Options to hide specific elements of the buttons (Macro Text, HotKey, more could be added on demand)
• Bar Fade-out until mouseover

Planned Features

• The Alignment Menu (more Details to follow here)
• Options to control the hiding of the default blizzard artwork (you might still want that to be displayed..)

What Bartender4 will never do

• "Roll" Bar - try teksLoot
• Lag Bar - I recommend FuBar_PerformanceFu
• Cooldown Count - I recommend OmniCC by Tuller for that!

FAQ
Q: How do i access the configuration?
A: Right now, you can only access the configuration through the chat interface. Type /bt or /bt4 or /bar to open the config GUI. A (optional) minimap button or a fubar plugin are planned, though.

Q: Does it import Bartender3 settings?
A: No!

Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: BT3 Keybindings will not be ported over either, you have to use the new keyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access keyBound by typing /kb into your chatframe. Hover a button, press key → voila!

Q: CyCircled Support? I like my button skins?
A: No reason to cry! There is a sparkling new skinning addon/library out there! ButtonFacade is way easier to work with as a action-bar author, and its easier to write skins for it too! Alot of cyCircled Skins have already been ported to ButtonFacade, and more are on their way! See http://www.wowace.com/wiki/ButtonFacade for more details. After Installing ButtonFacade, simply access the BF configuration with /bf and configure the style of the Bartender4 Bars!

Just a quick question, will BT4 have the option-settings LOD?

Been testing it for a bit now, and looks to be working well - complete with brand spankin' new buttonfacade support! One question though: where did my keybindings settings go?

The options are generated on demand when accessed for the first time, but not in a seperate addon.

Fair enough, as long as it CPU/mem friendly

Last question, if it comes to branch will it be a separate add-on (BT3 + BT4 for download) or will it replace BT3 (just BT4 for download).

Thanks for a great addon, i'll check it out once I can get it off WAU! Just wondering whats the main difference between Buttonfacade and Cycircled? is it just ace2 v ace3, improved code, cooler skins or whats the deal? ;>

cyCircled is a pain to work with, you cannot really get it "right" when using it with advanced action button logic. ButtonFacade does not even try to do that, and just gives me full control to skin whatever i need, so its way easier to add support!
