Default Customizing DBM timer bars

I kinda messed a bit around with DBM and managed to get it quite similar to Neal's bars.

However i am quite lost on how to add a border to the bar and icon. Anyone familiar with adding borders to stuff? =)

edit: Forgot a picture.

I tweaked the DBT-Template.xml.

Look for size on the $parentbar, $parentIcon1 and the offset on
$parentName $parentTimer and $parentIcon1.

It looks ugly, and takes up wayyy too much space just for 1 bar, am I missing something? These are like the nonos of raiding, and what will result in the typical horrible "raid ui" with no space to see what's going on.

Edit: Was easier than i thought.

But 1 q, how do you get custom borders on DBM icons?

True perhaps, tho it is a bit original. And alot of new UI's miss that imo.

Btw: I know I wanted to upload my last UI, but I decided to quit WoW so I guess that means no upload. However in a few weeks I might buy a new gamecard just to make UI's for 2 months. Got some ideas I want to test.

Yet another awesome DBM modification. :O

Would you be willing to upload your DBM files/modifications so myself and others can tinker around with them?

Just open the DBT-Template file ina texteditor (notepad or simmilar).

Then look for the

parentbar, $parentIcon1 and play with the sizes on those (the y size is the thickness of the bar)

$parentSpark might need some adjustment to the y number aswell to make it match the new thinner bar.

Then play with the offsets on the $parentName, $parentTimer and $parentIcon1. Once again its mainly the y that needs adjusting since thats the up/down, remeber that you might need to use negative numbers.

Load up wow with only DBM active (makes it faster) edit a number, save file and reload UI then start testbars.

Took about 5-10 min to get that look for me that has very limited programing experience and close to no experience in lua. Thanks to Ocularis for hes pointer to what needed to be adjusted.
