yes. pastamancer added party support in WoW 2.0.0 less than 12 hours ago, and also he's been backporting all the code to 1.12 too - so we currently have a version that works in both worlds. It's not feature complete yet, but if everything goes well, we should have something available soon - but as I've spent less time developing that addon than pasta (I've spent the past 10 days sick in bed), it's more his call to decide when to release the beta.

My TODO list for the Grid release looks something like this:

• GridLayout
  • Cleanup options menu.
  • Allow modules to add custom layouts.
• GridStatus
  • Allow modules to request a list of statuses they have registered/sent.
  • Status modules need to update the statuses they have sent when their configuration is changed.
• GridStatusHealth needs to be aware of Feign Death.
• GridStatusDebuff should be renamed GridStatusAuras.
• Update libraries.
• Localization.
• Create user documentation/FAQ.
• Create developer documentation.

I'm looking for 1-2 people to help with laying the groundwork for localization and 2-3 people for documentation so that Grid will be ready for release shortly after I am done with the programming. Anyone who is willing to help with localization and/or documentation should find me in #wowace on IRC. Do not reply in this thread if you are interested in helping.

I don't need translations as much as I need someone to actually make the code use AceLocale.

IRC really is necessary if you want to help before the release because everyone who is currently working on Grid is using it.

Will Grid include the same "incoming heals" functionality that you had in Squishy? IE it will use an addons channel to communicate this information with other Grid users, but if they're not Grid users it will "best guess" at the targets of the other healers?

Wow, is that addon being developed alongside Grid? It appears to be done in Ace2 and sure does look like a complete rip off??

The guys developing RDX came up with essentially the same thing as Grid
