Anything exist that stops tooltips from showing during combat?

Anyone know if any "1" mod exists that just outright prevents tooltips from showing when your in combat?

Hmmmm... nice, but not exactly what I need. I do like tooltips for enemies and units during combat. But getting them from my bar-Mod like Bartender or even Sphere is annoying. I sure won't read the full DrDamage breakdown of my attack in mid-combat. But my tooltips are showing how many people are targetting a mob, and that interests me VERY much in combat...

Which does not make the above AddOn bad at all. I am just ranting. Wish more people would integrate a simple option to switch off tooltips during combat into their AddOns.

http://www.wowinterface.com/download...pOnDemand.html is another way to go. It offers a lot more customization, if you're willing to put a little time into reading the manual.

im pretty sure cowtip can do this aswell. you can specify which tooltip type you like to see and which not

I've been unable to get this functionality to work for CowTip (but yes, there are options for it).

I'm also looking for an option to turn-out tooltips, especially from FuBar-Addons (accidently hovering over a FuBar Icon). I use CowTip to display my tooltips, is there a way (and how) to disable this?

I have my bartender-actionbars on the bottom of the screen and below them the buttombar from FuBar. Now I - as a mouseklicker - often get the problem that i accidentlich go to low and hover a fubar-icon. then the tooltip of it appears and I go up to hit the button on the actionbar. but because the fubar-tooltip is open i have to press esc or klick in a blank area to close it before i can use any actionbar-ability. Its really anoing^^

Any ideas (addons) to manage this?

FuBar itself can stop tooltips in combat, just right click the bottom bar and navigate the options (should be something like "Display tooltips OOC-only")
